Hanover Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), a privately held New York corporation, is a one bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary Hanover Community Bank (the “Bank”). Established in 2009, the Bank, with assets of approximately $840 million, currently operates seven retail branch locations serving Long Island and the greater New York metropolitan area. Through its branch network and electronic delivery channels, Hanover Community Bank provides tailored deposit and loan products and business banking services to local consumers, businesses, nonprofit organizations and municipalities.

As The Bank of You, our commitment is to deliver quality, personalized service through knowledgeable and professional branch banking and commercial account officers. Our focus is not transaction-driven but on building long-term relationships that meet the needs and goals of our Bank clients. We offer a complete suite of consumer and business banking products, including checking, savings, money market and certificate of deposit accounts, as well as a full range of commercial and residential lending services.
